They dispatched the item quickly, but it took awhile to arrive. The first tracking number they gave me stayed as "tracking number provided" for nearly 2 weeks. After letting the seller know that I still have not received my item, I received a new tracking number and the item arrived within a week. My guess is the first one got lost, so do not blame the seller for long delivery. Overall very happy with the seller. Would buy again.
