The seller kindly intervened with the courier to expedite delivery on my behalf, as it was held up in their depot and not delivered when expected. The seller communicated with me throughout the process.

They Replied that there was an error on the bike description: this bike doesn’t have training wheels and offered some money off however we requested a return instead. The seller was so kind and generous & replied “no need to return” & refunded me the money. My son is so happy. Thank seller
