The unit was shipped and received very quickly. It installed seamlessly without issue. I did need to add vented / heated seats option. The OBDII adapter that came in the kit works. I did not like the manual switch, so I purchased a higher quality adapter recommended by the FORScan team. I did not need assistance, but they offer remote configuration support if you need some help with FORScan or the configuration.

After the initial install, Charlotte from their technical support team remotely programmed the device / car program. After this, every feature works as if Ford installed it.
