It is not the official disc from Bose, but worked as advertisedI put the disc into my Bose Lifestyle 48 and the software upgrade ran smoothly.I am now able to connect my Bose Lifestyle 48 to my new 4K tv with HDMI.Now I just need to figure out how to get the sound from the TV's built in apps like netflix back to the Bose.

When I received the shipment, everything was carefully packed. I got everything hooked up and working flawlessly. The iPod docking station was missing. I wrote the seller and they apologized and sent me one. So now I’m happy listening to all my old itunes on my iPod through this awesome Bose and rewatching favorite movies.
