First off, three boxes arrived at my FPO AP address in 7 days. For service members overseas, it usually takes 20-40 days. Secondly, the friendly, solid communication from the beginning. Thirdly, the good quality, the new look and condition of the items, as well as how properly wrapped they were for the long shipping time.
