The problems was nothing to do with the company that was sending the item it was with the delivery service, the corner of the Xbox was smashed where drivers obviously through items around but the company I bought the item from have been great 👍

However, the unit was in great condition ie used/like new and works, so let it slide this time. Would still buy from again.

Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem. The seller acknowledged the error immediately and dispatched the correct item which arrived promptly and as advised. The communication was first class and I would definitely use them in the future.
