The condition was slightly worse on this one. This one was missing the plastic on the stylus and there was deep scratches on the bottom screen. For the value, this is still an amazing purchase. Couldn’t recommend more.

Many scuffs and scratches, however that is to be expected from a used system that is 16 years old. I loved seeing the software and pictures on the system from the previous owner. It gave me an insight as to how treasured it was and I'm happy that I'm able to cherish it further.

Cosmetically it looked better than the listing and how it was described, excellent value. I also contacted them for more pictures and they did not hesitate and sent them rather quickly. Only downside is the power button feels weird and the screen is just a tad bit yellow. For this particular order, classic FedEx lost a package (a very large and heavy package). The seller opened a claim, 10 days later I ask for an update and they say fedex hasn't responded, but the seller still gives me a full refund regardless.
