I had to cut box away from item. Packaging tightness caused a potentiometer shaft to break off. Easy to repair. Seller quick to communicate and offered to file a claim with the carrier. Shipping was quick and the box was not damaged and showed no sign of being handled roughly.

The value I paid for these passenger cars was a great value considering how these passenger cars especially in the UP Grayhound are hard to find! Overall. Excellent Seller all around! Best Purchase Ever!
