I was a bit worried it wasn’t going to work because the last one didn’t even have enough wire to reach where it had to go. This unit plugged right into the factory plug, put the screw in the body for the ground and it worked. It’s super simple because there is only one plug and the ground, that’s it. Was better then having to buy multiple harnesses and converter from the dealer at triple the price. 23 sienna XLE. Can’t go wrong.

Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
