Well packaged for shipping, even the plastic wrappers and corrugated box are heavy duty. All the holes are drilled/manufactured precisely enough so there are no alignment problems when assembling and bolting up. Nice paint. Note the steel mounting plate is shipped inside the plastic sleeve, but for assembly, the plate actually goes directly beneath the plastic sleeve. A stamped wrench is included.

Can easily do the scratches on the bar surface (main cross bar made from aluminum). Need to add some rabbet material for better fix the braces on the cross bar. The straps are short. Anyway using new straps and the used plastic bottles under the braces drives 400 mi. I can rate 3.5 from 5 max.
