Through the process I made a mistake on my order and they jumped through hoops to get it taken care of. I had to call when I received it and got in contact with a real live person two different times. These people went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and was 100% satisfied. The situation was taken care of even when it was discovered that it was my fault. Again if I could rate them at 200% I would.
