I chose Draper as a quality brand and paid twice the price of other products thinking it would be good! It wasn't! Doesn't fully retract, so end up having hose on the floor which is the whole idea of having it! The whole thing feels cheap and NASTY!!!

I contacted the seller, who sent out a new item immediately by fast delivery. The replacement was great and really does the job. I would recommend this seller, as it is what a seller does when things go wrong that matters. With regards to the item it is effective, good value for money and looks great!
