It shows that it's empty but I know it isn't. Could I send it back with the empty ones in the little white bag for recycling? I will leave it in the plastic bag that it came in so you would know the difference. Thank you very much for this service. We have just opened a food pantry and we use this printer all the time. I had issue with the black cartridge that I purchased. I messaged seller and they initially responded with possible fix and said to message them back should it not work and they would send out a replacement. FIX did not work, black cartridge still not working. I have messaged them multiple times (7) over the last 6 weeks and have had NO RESPONSE back at all. I WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER! NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in 2025

I was sent the wrong model of ink. I lost a business project depending on the correct model was not sent. 😠😠 I must wait ten days for a return label. I had to order from another supplier I trusted 2x the amount of items. I never want be caught up again in a bait and switch scam that happens now with a lot of these online companies.
