There was a problem with the decal set - difference between a regular RMK and the RMK PRO model - and they fixed it and sent the correct decals super fast and at no extra charge! Excellent customer service, would buy from them again! I would suggest installing the decals dry and using a heat gun to shape them is a must. A++++

I had some trouble because the item listed for my machine was incorrect. I even entered my machine on the page and it said it was correct. They sent me the wrong item but quickly corrected it. I recommend calling or emailing them directly before ordering to make sure you get the right fit. They print the order after you've ordered it but they still got it to me really fast. They are also great about answering emails.
