Came pre packaged by Hareline so not the sellers fault. My opinion the best peacock eye offer on eBay, peacock feathers are getting hard to find in good quality and not a bad price (considering shipping) for something usable. Overall I’m happy to find good quality peacock feathers. Arrived in good shape and fast.
