I put the electric trailer brake controller in my pickup and determined that there was no electric output from the controller. I emailed the vendor, and within hours she replied advising that it would work when a trailer was engaged. I doubted this, but I could not wait to see if she was right. I attached my trailer to the pickup. Sure enough, she was right. It works. Modern electronics is amazing as is this vendor. Thanks, Bill
