The package arrived well secured and the item was as described well packaged with backing boards to protect it. Negotiated price had been accepted. Seller also included a written guarantee of the product and identified an individual in his customer services team to deal with any issues. Excellent service and I'll use seller again. I consider the figure at a good prices especially seeing how expensive they could get. I received the boxed figure as described. The seeker had good communication through out the whole process and even provided some extra info on minor wear and tear on box which I really appreciate. Highly recommend. Seller also offered a generous discount.
