Goes without saying, it got caught in a USPS sorting machine. Not the seller’s fault at all. Item was in good condition with everything considered. There was a problem with the transit of new patch(delivery service not the seller) and it was mailed somewhere else. The seller was persistent to make sure I got what I ordered with no extra charges. I highly recommend this seller not only for quality patches but excellent customer service. I will purchase more in the future.
