It came with a rubber seal over the extra port. I should have checked the drain for tightness. Put it on and gas came out of drain tube. Had to loosen the clamps to turn carburetor to tighten. It didn’t take to much to tighten. So far after that it runs good. Great people to work with.

I guess my 200' driveway a little too strenuous for him. seller shipped 2 day maybe they can get a refund.
