You did wrap well in bubble wrap but they could have still been damaged from all the man handling during transit. When they arrived the bag was torn in the corner and dirty and 4 other packages were stacked on top of it. I would NEVER think of sending shoes in a bag. Shoes are sold in a box Not a bag for these obvious reasons!!
