Also great communication, had a issue with combined shipping. Every time I requested it the screen would tell me error and to try again later . Finally I was able to message them directly it was handled in less that 24hrs after message everything was combined . Regrettably (and despite a hefty shipping fee) the items were packed in a thin cardboard box with insufficient cushioning and space. Two of the six plates arrived broken. I contacted Goodwill and sent images, asking for a price adjustment. They responded with an offer to reduce the price by 25%. That worked for me and eBay processed the refund.
