Unfortunately the postal service was very rough with the package and put a crack in the slab during shipping. I reached out to seller and they have been extremely helpful. They offered to cover the cost to have the card reslabbed. Overall this was still a positive experience and I highly recommend this seller. They were helpful and come across as very honest.
