The item was shipped exactly as described and was never used or opened prior to shipping the items were still inside and each of the days were unopened. I offered a return label so the issue could be resolved, as per eBay policy. I never re-sell returned items and would never pass a used item onto another buyer. I'm always committed to honest listings and great customer service.
