    the parts showed up on time and after inspecting, noticed a vital piece missing. Contacted seller who requested pictures. Following some short communications, i was requested to send order back for a refund. Upon receiving the parts back, a total refund was made to my account.     Great seller, they are very responsible. They sent me two defective throttle body for the Chevrolet Lacetti 1.6DOHC and the first one I reported as physical damage from the factory, and they sent me a new replacement without sending the damaged throttle body and the second throttle body also came with the same issue, and they refunded me 70% for me this mean great service. I highly recommend this seller.
