The hello world charge test did not work out as hoped for, but was not unexpected -- I'd accepted the risk as I've searched for over two years for one of these laptop packs -- the unit received was pristine (so NEW as described), and I suspect the long shelf time allowed one or more cells to fall below the minimum service value. I can rebuild this unit. Excellent transaction from my viewpoint. AOK!

Absolutely worth the money
