Probably due to lack of wrapping individually. I wish a little more care had been given as far as wrapping these (even with paper towels) to protect them during shipping. These were all loose in a plastic bag, then a flat bubble wrap bag. The bubble wrap protects it from outside bumps, but without any protection inside, they just clang against each other all the way. But overall, I’m happy.
