Brand new item at a decent price, items are as described, good communication, well-packaged, ships fast, and seller resolves problems quickly. There was a small defect in the the shoulder strap it's unevenly stitched, not seller's fault but Mystery Ranch's manufacturing. It rendered the backpack useless for me.
