Mom is thrilled with the brand new Cuisinart quality, value, and appearance! The box had clearly been opened before and was taped up with ebay tape so it was not brand new. It was at best an open box item but it was not listed that way. It was listed as “New,” not “open box.”. The pump control box was also bent/damaged in shipping I suppose since the box was damaged.
