    Description and item were marked differently. Sent email for better, accurate description and was immediate responded to explaining the discrepancy. I also addressed the high postage and she recognized the item vs. price and reduced the postage for me. I received the credit immediately. Very good service. Also, took extra care in wrapping and shipping.

    I don’t leave this feedback lightly. Product is as expected so it’s not that. Seller does not have integrity. I made an offer and she accepted it. Then reneged on it, canceled the sale because shipping was two dollars more than anticipated. Complained about money/profit. I still ordered it again because I planned a project. I paid $4 more. Very unethical seller. She should have kept her agreement and ate the $2-$3 loss. You can’t count on what she tells you!

    When a customer lowballs you on the price, but you let them have it anyway. I have let items go without making a profit. Not the way you want it but it happens from time to time. When it come to loosing money, you have to step back and try to figure out how to redo it. Since I gave her the item at a very low price I didn't feel it was wrong to ask her to her with the extra shipping. For her to get so upset about the situation, well that was her choice. I was hoping for a little understanding
