I bought what was advertised as an authentic Jellycat plushie but it is very clearly fake - looks nothing like the real thing (despite a photo of the real thing being used on the listing), no tags, came in a bag with a Chinese factory address on it. I paid almost the same price as a real Jellycat for a cheap knock off. Have contacted the buyer to resolve and they've just ignored me. Misrepresentation and awful customer service.

Seller claimed item was brand new and had been obtained directly from manufacturer, I don't think Bayer would supply a chancer like this one, and why did they have no more listed ? Clearly propagating a falsehood. They reluctantly accepted a return and said royal mail would collect on a Saturday but they actually turned up the day before. Still waiting for a refund.
