The listing said "some visible wear and tear because it is a refurbished unit", but minus one very minor scuff on the housing and being told it was refurbished this unit is flawless and looks brand new. Definitely worth the price to have the HVAC function as it should again, which is something that the aftermarket replacement modules tend to fail at. Highly recommend this product and seller.
