After contacting the seller, they apologized for the mix-up and agreed to a partial refund to clear up the issue. The disc and case are in good condition, required a simple cleaning but nothing out of the ordinary for a used game. Shipping was quite Fast, according to my wife she thought it was a mattress topper in the box. It appears it was packaged quite well. The value was awesome if it works, did not say in the description. The one I have now was a throw away, but I fixed it and has been working for 4 years but is slowly dying.
