    I ordered the wrong part without doing the full research on compatibility and they refunded me in full with no need to return the part instead of doing a return. That was very nice and they were also great at communicating along the way. The part I received was in great condition but the package was on the ground next to my mailbox... other than that it was the right part and looked fine. Also delivery was quick.

    Item went from the west coast all the way to the east coast in 5 days. That is excellent. It was wrapped like it was a gold watch. The price was reasonable, so I have no complaints about this experience at all. Would buy from this seller again.

    The part came as described and pictured. I didn't realize I'd ordered the wrong part until I got inside the steering wheel. I asked how to return the part, and was advised to not worry about it as they dont have a replacement for the part I actually need, and was issued a full refund all the same. The mistake, although, was my fault, has been fully resolved and I'm far beyond impressed with the customer service this company has provided. 100 STARS!!!!! for this companies customer service.
