I am able to glue it back, but it was not mentioned, so not sure if sent that way or broke in transit. The product is operational, packed well, and included a nice Christmas card note and an ornament. There was some cigarette smell to the packing box, which was mentioned in another review, so keep in mind if you are sensitive to it. Pleased with the purchase and glad to have my childhood bears back!
