I had recently received a shipment of this same item (a 17-piece dinnerware set) and 3 of those items were broken in transit. I assure you if that shipment would've been packed like this one, it would have made it intact. It came in a timely manner and the plates are in excellent condition - looks like it does in the pictures. I highly recommend this seller.
