The sellers attempt to give me a partial refund was insulting, the jacket is 100% useless to me, not partially useless. They get 2 stars on shipping only after I had to point out they hadn t shipped after 8 or so days and then they finally contacted me.

When contacting the seller we kept getting weird broken messages which i understand could be a language barrier which i don’t mind. But i do start caring when they use it to give you the run around and not fix the issue. The belt that we received did not match the listing image. It was some type of metal but the stones looked glued on and had a bunch missing.
