No dog got to the case, it was SLIGHTLY damaged in shipping. AND ONLY the case. Your own photos show the disc looking flawless. This is just blatant attempted abuse of the return system on ebay. It's $8, the description literally says cosmetic imperfections may exist on the item that aren't shown. The game still works 100% and you still got what you paid for. Things get damaged in shipping sometimes. In your case it was purely cosmetic and extremely minor. Lying doesn't help

If there were any other games they had I wanted, I would buy from again no problem. Price was right. Don’t hesitate to buy.

I already own a copy of the GOY edition as I showed the seller in the attached picture. The seller kept giving excuses & refused to admit the mistake. Seller doesn't understand that there are 2 versions of the same game that each have their own respective gamerscore of 1000 points. He believes because they have the same achievement list they're the same version. After proving the games are 100% the same with various links to back my claim up, the buyer was still unsatisfied. Me providing facts is not the same as me giving excuses. I shipped the correct game
