The description stated that the manual was complete except it wasn't, and wouldn't you know that the section I needed first was the missing part. Upon contacting the seller I received a very prompt reply, within 15 minutes! They apologized and offered a generous partial refund since I still wanted to keep the manual. The refund was quick as well. I didn't get everything I wanted and still recommend this seller.
