A piece of the original packaging that keeps the ACE PRO Filament manager from damaging the build plate was missing, and a z rod was bent, but those were not super surprising in a for parts, auction listing, and the seller likely didn't have them from whatever return market they are sourced from. I had no issues with the seller, and will likely purchase from them again.

They were packaged well and my orders had heavy and fragile stickers. One of my items arrived damaged from shipping and the seller was happy to give me a partial refund. The items were described well and I felt that the seller put some effort into their inventory by labeling anything that was wrong with the items.
