I believe the first happened and after checking with our neighbors we were not going to get our order. So I put in a claim with eBay the seller responded very quickly and graciously refunded me completely. I was so grateful for the generosity ( being it was not his failure) as well as the quickness to remedy the situation. I certainly recommend working with distrodealsllc.
