However, Hungarian Post stated that the IOSS information for proper customs administration was missing, and they mandated me to pay the 27% VAT again! They insisted that I shall ask for a refund from ebay. However, ebay denied that I paid the VAT for them at purchase! I did, it is clearly on the invoice. The photo said 2024, so I contacted the seller and indicated in the message that I needed 2024, but the seller decided to send the wrong year! He did it on purpose and did not admit it! He replied that I should be happy and it should be a good deal for me! Batteries of this year could be bought cheaper on eBay, but I was not buying for myself, so I needed 2024!!!
