One item I received had damage and I contacted them and they gave me a generous partial credit, which was appreciated. But I've only ever had 1 item I had to contact them about, and have purchased dozens of items. Everything is very well packaged and shipped. It's like Christmas getting my packages from this seller, always brightens my mood. Everything is as described or even prettier in person.

I'm very happy with everything. Items were purchased through a live auction consisting of crystals and rocks such as amethyst, florite, lapis & so on. LOVE everything I received, great value, each were as described & shown. Seller packed each item exceptionally well. I purchased severl more items and can't wait until I get them. LOVE THIS A++++ SELLER!!!!

Arrived super fast in about 1.5 weeks! And everything was exactly as shown during the live auction. This seller got me obsessed with crystals, and they absolutely have the best pricing. Will hopefully become rich and be able to buy more in the future. LOL
