The first shipping company was unable to deliver the package but the seller was communicative and was able to help with that and they arranged to have the CPU reshipped. The processor was listed 'for parts' (visual inspection only) with obvious scratches on the pads in the pictures but I was able to get it to post by using a bit more torque.
