Contacted seller and said they would resend package and tracking number. Never received anything. Contacted again and they said it was damaged in shipment and to cancel order for refund. I said I can't cancel an order that eBay says was delivered. Had to threaten to contact eBay and PayPal and suddenly the refund appeared. All their correspondence appeared to be computer generated and didn't even match my complaint.
