We use this Samsung laptop in our office for one specific task. We attended a video meeting this week to see, for the first time, the video function doesn't appear to be working on new Samsun laptop. I don't sense it will do any good to continue to make contact. Laptops are business products. My feedback to the seller, is consider how a latent response affects a business, when using your products.

It looked brand new, as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately, I made an error in my research and the card ended up being too big for my case (100% my fault, nothing to do with the seller). Seller gave a 100% refund when the return was given to them. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service at least is not worthy of complaint.

I removed the shipping tape placed by the manufacturer from the printer. Ink was still sealed in plastic bags. Basically a new printer. Installed today, works great. I recommend this seller. Everything was as promised.
