I contacted the seller, and at first he said he failed to provide a good picture of the damage. There was a photo of some damage to the back side, but there was no damage on the bottom right front and back. It was damaged in shipping in another spot and the finish came off on his packing tape. Asked for a refund down to the price of item without the frame, and he responded saying he wants it back to keep for himself.
