Good communication right from the word go, item tracking and prompt communication with regards to shipping issues, as the item got returned to seller due to an unforseen customs import rejection. The seller quickly issued a refund and was a true pleasure to deal with, customer service second to none these days. Skyvictory is on my favourite list and I can just highly recommend this seller!
