If you are looking for a good quality bicycle I highly recommend them. They ship almost immediately. Fedex, well that's another story. It comes in a new cardboard box and the packaging is first rate! The bicycle came as described with no unwanted surprises. I think for the quality of the bicycle the value is great. Both of my bicycles although very old looked and functioned like they were new!

Bike was packed well. And delivered with minor infraction on the bar tape getting poked. However, I must say thorough testing of all was not implemented by seller, 1) Charger for e-Shift (DI2) did not work. 2) Brake Pads needed immediate replacement before riding. 3) Head set bearings were shot. I contacted Seller and is sending me a new charger and refunded me the money for deficiencies
