Seller replied, “ No. They are near perfect”. Yet 3 of 4 CDs I received have marks and blemishes. The circular markings are obvious and numerous. I would not have bought this set if I knew the CDs were in this condition. That’s why I asked. But asking did no good. I still received CDs in bad shape. And now the seller will not respond. Read the negative feedbacks before buying. I should have.
