Unknowingly, the item was listed as a higher model coilover but actually was the basic style. Once I brought this matter to the seller, they quickly and professionally came up with a fair path of recourse that both parties agreed on. They didn't have to do this but it just shows the quality of company you are dealing with. Btw, the ad had stated open box but I didn't see anything wrong with it, item was in brand new condition and , it was clean enough to eat off of. LOOKS GREAT! Highly recommend this seller.
